👝 7-Day Returns

We accept return requests within 7 days of delivery. Items must be unused, unworn, in their original condition, and in the original packaging with all tags attached.

✅ How to Start a Return

Email us at glamlightstyle.store@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and the reason for your return. Our team will respond within 24–48 hours to guide you.

💰 Refunds

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we'll notify you and process approved refunds to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Original shipping is non-refundable, and return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived faulty.

📦 Damaged or Wrong Items

If your item arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a clear photo — we'll arrange a replacement or full refund right away, no hassle.

❗ Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene reasons, earrings and pierced jewelry cannot be returned unless they arrive faulty. Sale, clearance, and discounted items are final sale.
